Good, but not as advertised

I have met paramedics who used tampons for wound dressings. They claimed that the tampons worked better than the dressings made for the purpose.

Is nitrile better than latex for any of the uses you listed? Maybe what you’re really praising is disposable gloves in general? (Not snarking, I’m really asking.)

But it’s a burger that I’m willing to eat, unlike the burgers at most fast food places. It actually tastes like ground beef.

(I like my burgers pretty much plain. I might add some ketchup, or maybe mushrooms and cheese. But I don’t add mayo, mustard, lettuce, pickles, peppers, or any of the many other things that tend to hide the flavor of the beef.)

Latex allergy is fairly common. Nitrile allergy is not.

You’re right, it’s disposable gloves in general. The only reason I specified nitrile is because that’s what we carried on the ambulance (due to the prevalence of latex allergies in the general population), and when I started buying my own, I just kept buying the same thing I’d been using before.
