Raymond Ditmars posted a $10000 reward for anyone who can provide an evidence for a hoop snake. But he already passed away more than half a century ago. Now my question is, What happened to the reward? Does it still exist? If there is no reward, then THERE WILL BE NO HUNT. But if the reward still exists then I want to know how to claim it supposing the snake will be captured. If you have any information with regards to that, then please let me know…i guess it’s not really complicated right. If you say they canceled the reward, then please post the link for that. Why? What rational reason is there not to hunt for something that could bring millions on the open market if you…I mean your “friend” truly believes it exists? Why is the hunt off unless that particular offer, and only that particular offer, is valid?

The real story is that you…I mean “your friend”, knows that there is no such thing as a hoop snake, and are using this ancient offer from the '50’s as a dodge to avoid going on your snake hunt. “Darn it all-If only that offer had been confirmed, I could show you a hoop snake today.” You are putting an unreasonable condition on the search for that specific reason.
