Good online source for 3D anatomical models?

I just found out during the past week that I have numerous complex problems with both shoulders - rotator cuff tendinosis, for example, and tears in the labrum that will probably require arthroscopic surgery.

I have been trying to get a better idea of what all this soft tissue damage amounts to, but I haven’t been able to find any good visuals of all the different layers that make up the shoulder/biceps area. I’ve tried anatomy books at the library, and searching online, but I’m still looking for something better.

This doesn’t have anything to do with the medical care I am getting - except that like many doctors my orthopedist doesn’t seem to care how much I understand about what is going on, as long as I follow his instructions. So that’s not much of a source of information.

Anyone better at searching online than I am (nearly everyone, probably)?

This has some free labelled MRI images of the shoulders. It may be more than you want, though.
