The entire record Black One by Sunn 0))). Droning, clanky, thundering slow-motion sort-of metal with terrifying vocals.
Just listen to track two and see if you don’t have to change your shorts.

Yeah, but not as creepy as some of their others, IMO. I think Rosegarden Funeral of Sores is creepiest.
Interesting, I was looking it up and it looks like John Cale covered it. Now there’s a guy that I bet has made some good creepy music. I haven’t heard any of his solo stuff, so I wouldn’t know for sure.
Any John Cale fans wanna weigh in?
I once played “Wild Women With Steak Knives” on my radio show. I probably set a record for radios being turned off around the tri-state area. Fuck 'em if they can’t take a little screaming after an Enya set.
“Get Out Of My House” by Kate Bush is pretty creepy-freaky. Needless to say, it’s one of my favorite songs by her (and it is on my all-time favorite album by anybody, The Dreaming).
Happy Rhodes has a lot of downright creepy songs, but no one ever believes me. It’s her name man…she’s like a 500lb man who’s called “Tiny.”
Since this has been resurected, and as I notice the mention of accordians in the OP, I’ll mention the Tiger Lillies. Not quite satanic, just deeply, deeply warped. And ok, a bit satanic. And definatly do evil things with accordians.
Honestly the correct answer is The soundtrack for Suspiria by Goblin which creeped me out so much in 1977 that I took people to showings just to listen to the music. Chemically enhanced it was truly frightening.
