Good site to tell us how many people are in the US political parties

I need a site that tells me how many people belong to the political parties in the US. A state by state breakdown would be nice.

What does “belong to a political party” mean? Are you talking about actual elected officials, or voters? Lots of states do not even have party registration for voting, and there really isn’t any other useful definition of “belonging” to a given party in this country other than which primaries one chooses to participate in, if any.
