Anyway … ground pork makes perfectly fine meatballs. Either the Italian or Swedish variety, your choice. Seems you want to do something Asian with it, but I am putting this out there as an option.
A fairly basic recipie is
-pastry for 2 crust pie
-ground beef
-ground pork
-tsp or so ground nutmeg
-tsp or so ground cinnamon
-chopped onion
cook onion, add meats and cook through. Add 1/2 cup of water or so, and spices. Cook for an hour, then cool and make pie.
bake pie till warm and pastry is cooked through.
