Good Websites to Make Resumes?

My mom is wanting to make a new resume because she’s vaguely thinking of switching jobs. She’s a physician but is absolutely computer illiterate (she can write basic emails but not attach links, etc). She wants something that looks “professional,” and was mentioning to me on the phone that she often has people applying for relatively low-level jobs at her office who have resumes which look much more polished than something she could create.

Does anyone know of any websites that either guide you, step-by-step, on how to make a resume in Microsoft Word or some other common application? Or alternatively, is there a website into which you can enter your information in different fields and have it spit out an nice resume?

What version of MS Office is she using? In Office 2007, all she has to do is start up Word, click the Office button in the top left corner, and then click “New”: a list of templates will appear, and she can scroll down to “resumes.” When she picks one she likes it will appear on the screen, and she can just replace what she sees with her info.

Or, she can pick one of these sample resumes from the Office website: most are for Word 2007 or Word 2010, but there are also several for Word 2003.
