The US’s CO2 output is (slowly) going down…China’s is (rapidly) going up. I’m not sure that per capita is all that meaningful at this point. Besides, I am unsure if Bush knows what ‘per capita’ actually means at this point, unless someone points it out for him.

I get these papers confused. After reading your email, I checked the Web sites for both papers, and you’re quite right. I shouldn’t have called them tabloids.

Interestingly, though, I still haven’t seen video of this or heard about it on any of the many major U.S. newspapers that detest George Bush. Were the two British media guys the only representatives from the media present at the time?
