I’m running a small advertising campaign and I’m missing something obvious here. I can have multiple ads and I can have multiple keywords. What I don’t see is how to say some keywords should display one ad, and other keywords should display a different ad. How do I do that?

List the relevant keywords only under the relevant ads? (If I understand your question correctly)

Also, Adwords should come with support since it’s Google’s main product. You should be able to call them up and ask them directly.

Sorry, it’s been a while and I should’ve checked first. What you want are ad groups.

Their phone number is on the help page (click Help then contact us). Clicking that will also show you your customer ID, which you’ll need to talk to them.
