I discovered this feature just today and that’s…just…insane.
“No, you google folks aren’t doing enough. My house isn’t hard to find. I need you to show me how to get to the bathroom in my house. Whoa, there’s a picture of me on the throne! TMI!”

I tell ya, this is most useful for me. Just the other day I was able to “drive” across the top of a dam we’re studying … I could see the way the ground slopes up from the lake to the surrounding houses … it helps a lot in our work. We were able to recommend raising the dam without incurring the time and expense of driving out to the site (neighboring town).
ETA: I bet the real estate folks are ecstatic.
I notice they don’t go inside Fort Jackson.
Interesting.
I just checked my address, and I can tell a lot from the photos. They were taken early this spring. I was at work (my car is gone from the driveway). We were having drywall work done on our house -I can see the workmen’s cars parked on the street. The Arroyo Lupines were still in bloom. My Apricot was just coming into bloom.

Nah, Google a little more sophisticated than that. Here’s one of their vehicles, though they’ve used others.

That’s the sort of vehicle I’ve seen in Arlington,'cept they’re white around here.
Just came across this and found it somewhat creepy.
You can do a “street view” of the 35W bridge in Minneapolis (the one that collapsed a year ago) and look at it as you drive over it while they were still doing maintenance on it.
Somewhat eerie.
