Although I’ve barely heard of the wedding and avoiding it at all costs, that’s pretty neat.
I’m not getting anything–what did Google do? (I tried US and UK versions.)

Drop the man (only works on streets in the London area, but it works on .com as well as .co.uk) and he turns into this.
Drag them, and they wave. Or do a Nazi salute. Or possibly dance to Stayin’ Alive by the Bee Gees.
They got the colour of William’s jacket wrong, though. 
If you go here and click forward one frame, they turn back to yellow guy.

It did work for me! I was just too dense to notice it–was looking in the Street View window portion, not the Walker Icon.
