In the scene (television) there was a tree where the light pole is (not important). And the bollards were not there (important).
The first thing that came into my mind was the location of the creation of the “World’s Funniest Joke” in the Monty Python sketch. Like snfaulkner, I wasn’t far off. (I cheated and googled the answer).
