Helper verbs are communism, a verb should be able to stand on its own.
Any undecided voters would be more likely to be in the “both sides are just as evil” camp. Or just entirely low information voters who follow very little.
This is outrage bait, and outrage bait is more about engagement than convincing new people to join. I won’t say there won’t be anyone who hears about this, believes it, and so decides to become a voter. But I don’t think any of them were really undecided. It was more that they weren’t motivated.
