Or if twitter banned someone for reporting on the alt-right.

And it also touches on the fact that social media companies are very bad at policing their terms of service. The difference between making a video threatening someone and sharing a video of someone threatening you is contextual and often fairly subtle. There’s simply no way that whoever is trying to police reported tweets is going to get this right as often as they’d need to.
