My guess would be La Riviera in Inverness, from the second series. The owner was a guy who had made millions in fast food restaurants and had spent a fortune establishing La Riviera as a high-end French restaurant, with the entire kitchen staff from Michelin-starred restaurants in France. At one point, Ramsay showed the menu to some locals, who were unable to decipher the descriptions of the dishes.
