I’m tracking my neighbor, Larry, who is running the Boston Marathon as we speak.
He’s holding a 7:11 mile pace so far, only 6 miles or so into the race. This is about average for him.
Anyone else tracking a friend?

I’m just looking at Runners World’s coverage of it.
My boyfriend knows Milena Glusac (and I’ve met her once or twice) and she’s currently in 9th place. Overall.
Crap, that’s fast.
We’re probably the only ones around here monitoring…

When I met her I was taken by how slender her legs were. I think my upper arm is chunkier than her thigh.

I also don’t know anyone running the Marathon, but I wish the best of luck to all who are.
I don’t know anybody running, but I went out and watched it for a while. I live about two blocks from the course.
