The closest novel could have returned a more interesting result except for the fact that page 111 happens to be the preface for the second story in the book. And more frustratingly there aren’t 11 sentences on the page as mister Lewis Carroll really enjoys his run-on sentences, parentheticals and colons. Thumbing through before and after most pages don’t have 11 sentences at all.

That was actually the third nearest book. The nearest only had 9 (very long) sentences on page 111, and page 111 of the next nearest was mostly taken up by diagrams.
Because she reactively called Don Grace (the school shrink) a “piece of shit” out loud and the cop Charlie was talking to on the intercom heard her.
Now I’ve got to go re-read the story again. Damn you all.

Well, my nearest book didn’t have 111 pages, so I went with page 11.
And that page only had one sentence:
“and my piglet, known as Bob, of course.”
From that classic of western literature, Fifteen Animals, by Sandra Boynton, which I have now read so many times to the PiperCub that I’ve pretty much got it memorized.
