He started a few threads; the titles were a bit nutsy and amusing. I mostly avoided them, just thinking he was harmless and a lot of us are a bit nutsy here. But this guy has more issues than Kleenex has tissues.

But see, you don’t understand the posts. Before I can explain them to you, you need to go buy The Doors movie, Animal House, and Top Gun. After you’ve watched those movies (in that order, do it IN THAT ORDER or you won’t be following my instructions to the letter) I can connect the dots for you.
Then you’ll see that there really is a vast international conspiracy against graham cracker companies.
We got a couple of decent inside jokes from him (“Follow my instructions to the letter” and “Adams in the known universe”), and we got to hash out the “Why can’t we call another poster a troll” debate again, so I see it as a net gain.
Wow, I read that post and failed to connect that that was the same poster who asked about favorite Episode of twilight zone and other fun stuff.
He seemed rational in most posts, but yea, I even said somewhere he sounded nutty in that one. My Bad.

2.) What was John Belushi’s character’s real name? You may have to do some additional research on this one, as there are no mentions in the movie of his life before he changed his name and identity.
3.) What exactly do Maverick and Goose feel the need for?

I have received a letter from the Shithouse Rat Anti-Defamation Society enjoining members of the SDMB from referring to the late lamented Mr. Wellington by this particular soubriquet–seems it brings the tone of their group down or something…

He did have at least a good user name, though given what he was warned for it turned out interestingy.
For those who didn’t know, “Graham Wellington” was the name used in a radio PSA on housing discrimination. Various people with heavy accents call about a place for rent, only to be turned down (e.g. Sanjay Kumar, Tyrone Washington). The one who gets the place is of course Graham Wellington, who might as well be named Whitey McCracker.
As to what this meant for him as a person, or his board persona, I won’t speak ill of the banned. Not much point in it.
