Grease 3 - surely not

I was flipping through my girlfriend’s “Woman’s Day” magazine the other night when I came upon this story. There is a proposal to make Grease 3, starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, with the singing budgie (Kylie Minogue) as their daughter.

It will be set 25 years after the first movie, at the height of disco’s popularity, and have Kylie moving to NYC and becoming a disco queen.

I quite enjoyed the first movie, and have been known to belt out ‘Summer Loving’ with my mates at Karaoke. Will this movie ever be made, and if it is, can anyone see it actually being anything other than a dog?

Please NO, if there is a God NO. Can’t Hollywood think up new and different ideas - scripts for movies.

At best this would be a movie of the week, on TV.

Do not further ruin Grease - remember Grease 2.

And I’m sure Madonna wanting to be a movie star would worm her way into this, if it were to get made.
