Great Customer Service - Maui Jim

I just wanted to post a bit of a rave about Maui Jim’s customer service. I sent my sunglasses in on Saturday by regular mail, and received them back yesterday. They fixed my broken glasses for $8, including return shipping. I am very pleased, and would recommend their glasses to anyone. Just MHO.

Love my Maui Jim’s. I too have had great customer service with repair/replacing sunglasses under warranty.

My field sunglasses (Maui Jim’s) are needing repair, but I’ve been putting off sending them in because I figured they’d ask for repair money after I sent them off.

That’s good to know, that $160 glasses buy some service after the sale. Thanks for posting. :cool:

fizgig I should have noted in my OP that my repair was just for a hinge. If you need lenses or something, I am sure it is going to cost more. I will say, since we are raving about $150+ sunglasses, that my Maui’s are one of the greatest, highest value products I have ever purchased. Worth every penny, and it is nice to know they will take care of you after the sale…

That’s exactly what’s wrong with mine. The hinge at the left temple doesn’t “spring” anymore, so they fall off my face. The polarized lenses were wonderful when I was working on docks though (sunlight reflecting off water). Worthwhile for anyone who works outside.

Another Maui Jim fan here. I had ‘SunCloud’ rose-tinted sunglasses for years and years, but they went out of business. (they had great customer service, too: I sent in a pair with a broken earpiece, and got a BRAND NEW pair sent back–for $4.00 shipping!)
