Here in China they seem to put a pound of salt into every recipe, not to mention all the oil.
It takes a while, but eventually one gets hooked on the excessive amounts.
I still cringe at the thought of the saltcheese they have here, though shudder

Well yeah, Morrison. Read the staff report. I said that noodles came from China originally, and that Japan borrowed the idea. “Ramen” is the Japanese pronunciation of “Lo Mein.”
