Well, there’s been a slight hiccup in my European excursion. I was planning to stay in Nuremberg for the whole three months, with just weekends for travelling and sightseeing. But it turns out there’s a beer conference in Nuremberg this week, and there’s not a hotel room to be had in the entire city. No problem, they said, we have another office in Europe, we’ll just put you up and you can work from there for this week.
Grettings from Prague. Again.
Now I can see some of the places I didn’t quite get to last time. I hear there’s a church around here decorated with human bones. That shouldn’t be too hard to find.
Okay, I went to a restaurant for dinner last night (you might know it, Tomcat, the Republic Cafe, not too far from your school) and on the menu it said you could buy the infamous bowl of yesterday’s doughnuts for throwing at other customers. It was a little expensive, but I like the idea.
Tonight there’s a concert at the Municipal House that I’d like to go to, if I can still get a ticket. They’re doing Gershwin.
Tomcat, you available for lunch tomorrow? (and I may need someone to translate when I go to buy my train ticket.)
