Okay, I know “Ground Force” is kind of corny, but I like it anyway. I like looking at homes and gardens in the U.K., and I really like Alan Titchmarsh.
But he’s off the show! What happened?

Thanks, Rayne Man. Yeah, I guess that makes sense. Virtually every garden he did was precisely like all the others, and I suppose I’d be tearing my hair out after awhile, too.
Further Googling on my part shows he is going to host some BBC documentaries. He has a very pleasant and musical voice, and I can see that happening.
Oh, well - Ground Force isn’t half as much fun without him.

I heard that he wasn’t getting on with The builder and that the producers decided that it might be time for him to take a rest for a series - they were working together again in the last series and were being very nice to each other but just a bit too nice.
