This is being billed as “the new The Sting”. I can only guess that means there’s a big double switch at the end, and “all is not as it seems.” Thus, Cage’s daughter is not really his daughter, but rather another con artist milking Cage for all he’s worth (possibly because she’s a secret associate of Rockwell’s).
