I’m embarrassed to own a computer
that took over an hour, mainly learning buttons and accident drawing over 100 frames then realizing that i messed something up (like EVERY single frame was the same…) so I had to start over
I will make you have seizures with lots of flashing
That is cool animation. However, it seems quite violent. Could you make something pretty for us girly types, or is that not the point? Just wondering.

Maybe the leg kick is the thing to work on – next step tweening so more things happen simultaneously (leg, arm and downward movement) ?
Nice start, though!
man i just dont understand tweening, I mean whenever I try to tween, it never lets me edit the position of feet and things, it changes it into a symbol, and replaces it for the whole flash, I cant have him in one position then he makes a kick, because he makes a kick thorughout the entire movie. is there a way to tween without this symbol shit happening?
Well, you maybe have a problem in so far as people tend to use stick characters, especially at the learning stage – it’s more difficult when the figures are chunkier.
I’m really tired now so this is brief. If you haven’t already, explore: Modify > Break Apart – with that you should be able to build more stages (using more keyframes) into the action man guy’s movement, including separate limb movement.
Give that a whirl.
Much like the female body, flash is something that I really want to get into, but currently have only a passing familiarity with.
That being said, I think, as L_C said, you may get more mileage with having each limb be a separate sprite. This way you can motion tween each limb independently. Furthermore, it may be in your best interests to have the arm be two elements, which will allow for an elbow.
But, hey, animation of the sort you’re attempting is beyond me (I don’t have the patience to draw even a stick figure fight) so YMMV.
