Are we all set for OhDope, Medea’s Child? I’m planning on being there Friday night (in Pittsburgh, anyway).
It’s been a while since I have taken a look at these boards and despite my neglect, I still plan on coming. As I promised, I did whip up a few batches of homebrew that I will be bringing along with me.
I had planned on coming as the Turkmenbashi in his full ethnic dress, peacock-like. If that strikes anyone as in bad taste, please let me know and I will rethink my outfit. I’m sure I can put together a pirate or crusader or “split infinitive” if I have to. I was really looking forward to my Central Asian gear, though.
I still have a place for outsiders to stay, if they need.

If you are between the ages of 23-35, we can say that you are attracted to me as a “father figure.” If you’re over 35, hey! What can I say? You’re old enough to know better! 
Pissed that Manny can’t attend, but, even though I live in GQ, I will be there. A two hour drive is too tempting.
Please note any errors or omissions ASAP. Also, drop me an email regarding what snack or whatever you are planning on bringing. There is still room in the spare apartment, IIRC, and the hotels are listed on page 1 of this thread. Directions will be coming out in the next week or so.

Hey, I’m bringing Medea’s Child. And picking up Sophie at the airport. AND I’ll be sporting my Superdude costume at OhDope once we hit the festivities. Oh, and thinksnow, directions from the airport to your digs would be greatly appreciated.
MissCreant and I are roomies at the Courtyard. As for what I’m bringing, I have no clue - I will have to buy something there. Since it’s going to be mostly snack food, should we plan on ordering pizzas or something like that?
Mermaid: Thank you for the wonderful ideas! Alas, my physique is not one conducive to the wearing of leotards (unless I have a sweater to go o’er top ). What I would do in high school is a goth-y look. I think I’ll do that again, since I like being able to play with makeup. 
(but I will definitely use your cream/powder idea. I hate having runny makeup)
I’m depending on finding floor space and mooching a shower from somewhere at some point in time.
I could probably pick up some Coke and Sprite to attempt to help out. I’m also willing to help clean up. (I’m a college student, please be lenient…)
Well, you know, if we need to conserve hot water, you can always shower with me.

It’s not mentioned in the MegaCodeBlockOfDoom, but I was planning on staying in the apartment. I know I mentioned it once or twice, but these threads are loooong.
Since I’m flying in (arriving at 4 Saturday! Someone had better* be there to pick me up!) I’ll buy food, booze or other…incidentals depending on what’s needed Saturday night.
I’m planning on staying in the apartment, too. Cheap is beautiful.

I’d love to do cheap, but Miss Creant, drunk, sniffling and hurling myself around the room sneezing from cats is not a pretty sight. So just a warning: I’m going to want to play with the cats.
