Hangovers and Alcohol Quality

Is there any truth to the idea that you are less likely to get
a hangover with “good” (expensive) wine and spirits, and more
likely to get a hangover with cheap drinks?

I’m excluding from the question homebrew or illegally produced alcohol, just commercial products of various prices.

I’ve already heard that dehydration is a major factor in hangovers. Any cites for this? Is it the sole factor, or just a major one?

Popov=hangover
Stoli’s=less hangover
Grey goose=no hangover

I’ve noticed a pattern when it comes to nausea. When I drink Georgi I have potential for a bad ass sickness the next morning. However, I could drink as much or even more Absolut or Greygoose and feel fine the next morning.

With headaches though, that’s different.
