I’m wearing a “Sunnydale Slayers” t-shirt my wife found for me today in honor of the occasion. The show means a lot to us. We met on a Buffy-board, in fact. Without Joss’ creation I would have missed out on the best thing that has ever happened to me.
Here’s to everybody* involved in the creation and production of the show. Thank you!
Silenus - Are you a Bronzer? I’ve been a Bronzer since the original UTV board, PBP goer, etd. As StGermain there, too.

Occasionally. We mainly haunted the Buffy-boards on Voy-forums. Neither one of us is spoiler-shy, and we both ended up there looking for “what happens next.” If you ever interacted with aardvark or deedeeknowitall, that was us.
Been reading the articles. The show casts a big shadow.
Am I the only one who remembers the movie?
To me, this and X-files changed TV. Together, they defined the moment where TV passed movies, or at least equaled them in terms of quality.
Saw it, remember it, and liked it.
The show was a lot better, though.
The only good thing about the movie was Paul Rubens.
No, you’re not.
(goes back to planning for the REAL BTVS 25th birthday party for July)
Think he’s dead yet?
Paul Reubens seems to be doing fairly well these days, he showed up as Pee Wee a few years ago on SNL, has had some minor TV guest roles as a regular actor, and it appears there’s a Pee Wee movie revival in the works.
Uh, you know he already made the new Pee Wee movie and it came out last year, right?
The stake went WHOOSH as it hurtled toward his chest.
Nope. Got it on my shelf. Paul Reubens gets the best death scene ever filmed.
