Hey, that’s a good point - one of the subplots in COS that didn’t really go anywhere was the whole Nearly Headless Nick Deathday thing. Maybe the HalfBlood Prince is a ghost.
I believe storge is Greek for parental love (like eros & agape). I’m delighted that this was a hoax. Forgive me, but “The Pillar of Storge” is not only hard to say but also “The Pillar of Parental Love” has an icky (technical term) incest-y feel to it.
He is? I must have missed that reference.
ISiddiqui, it’s mainly used in bad fanfiction. For example, Draco would be the Slytherin Silver Prince, as his eyes are described as being an unnatural shade of sparkly grey in fanfiction. Harry would be the Gryffindor Golden Boy.
The new title seems kind of odd, like a fanfiction title or something.
I think we can all agree the prince isn’t Harry because, in addition to the reasons already listed, if he were, the title would translate to “Harry Potter and Harry Potter.”
In case anyone didn’t catch this, there is no autumn solstice. There’s a winter solstice and a summer solstice, but an autumn equinox. So saying it’s coming out on Autumn Solstice translates to “Do you think I have a clue, either? Stop asking me already!”. It’s like “February 30”.
English, apparently. I looked it up using an on-line dictionary and the definition popped up right away. THere’s a little - oh, what’s it called? - a little do-thingy over the last letter, which may or may not matter when looking it up in some on-line dictionaries.

Book 6 is coming out February 30? Cool! I can’t wait!
Heh. That’s what I pointed out at the 50 book challenge this morning.
