Harry’s supposed to be smaller than Ron so that’s no big deal. I don’t remember about Draco though.
The one who is too old is Tom Felton (Draco) who is 18 this Friday, and according to IMDB Rupert Grint is as yet unconfirmed for Order of the Phoenix. They only have Jason Isaacs, Daniel and Emma listed though so we’ll see what happens there.
I should add that Rupert is just a year younger than Tom, so he might be out too.
Makes me wonder who will take over if they do boot them.
Really? In that case I think you’d better get yourself to a doctor, because you’ve got a pretty advanced case of cyanosis going there.
And I don’t want to hear any cracks about MY gangrene.
They’re pretty consistently one every 18 months. They start production at about the same time as the previous movie gets released. Expect Order of the Phoenix to be out in July 2007, and Half-Blood Prince in December 2008.
Looks good, but why does Dumbledore mispronounce Cederic? Is that just for the American version?
Well put me down for one who is glad that was removed. From the later books it seems that whole SPEW thing was just filler and just one way of showing how the muggle world and the magic world are different. I don’t believe it’s been even mentioned since GoF.
Aroo? There is another way to pronounce Cederic?
Seh-drick
See-drick
And Dumbledore says Seh-drick…which is how my cousin pronounces his name… Are you saying that’s wrong? If so, I should go tell my cousin.
No, you’re not the only one, but I don’t really see why anyone’s saying that. I understand their arguments, but both of my brothers at about sixteen went from being boys to Young Men over the summer, so I think the actors look just about right.
I kind of hope none of the principal actors drop out, just because it would be horribly odd to see Ron played by anybody else after four movies. Rupert Grint is just Ron for me now. It would take a very talented, very young actor to pull it off too, picking up where a previous actor left off.
Hooray for Viktor Krum! (For being hot and being old enough to not make me feel icky for thinking so.)
While I think it’s decidely odd that they don’t have Beauxbatons men, but c’est la vie.
I am glad the whole SPEW theme died. It had no endpoint in mine and basically has nowhere to go.
