Geesh… I’m excited about it, too, but I’m not about to steal for it. Kill, maybe, but not steal!
So, how long before they turn up on eBay?
Can somebody explain this mentality to me? You won’t be able to move without tripping over one of these books in a couple of weeks. What’s the big deal about getting one early?
I loved Fark.com’s headline for the story, which says:
They will probably make money on them just in the next few days selling them to friends. I would buy one ( not for a huge bend over price.)
I love this paragraph from the Daily Mail story about the theft:
Nine random words? What’s up with that?
Rather than Google for them, I’m going to hijack this thread for a little game of “Which nine random words would make you run out and buy the new book?” Here’s mine:
…Harry…piercings…Malfoy…cilia…Cho…voluptuous…grapefruit…Snape…chainsaw…
Of course, YMMV.
7000+ copies?!
