I was rewatching Half Blood Prince recently and I realized how cool this scene was in retrospect. Snape is talking to Bellatrix and Malfoy’s mom:
“Over the years I’ve played my part well, so well I’ve deceived one of the greatest wizards of all time.”
He then says that Dumbledore is a great wizard and only a fool would question it, but if you think about it, he’s talking about Valdemort when he says the first part! Heh.
Any other lines or scenes along those lines?
