Has a helicopter ever shot down another aircraft, in combat?

As some of you know, a number of modern attack helicopters have an anti-aircraft capability—they can carry air-to-air missiles, or even man-portable SAMs, like Stingers. My question is: has a helicopter ever shot down another aircraft, in combat?

I imagine it’s also possible that a chopper might have made an air-to-air kill in the pre-missile days, with guns, even if it’s highly unlikely.

That’s…it, I guess.

I seem to recall a story where an Air America pilot flying a UH-1 Huey in Laos shot down an armed north Vietnamese biplane that had been sent to attack their base. He was in the air when the attack happened and after one biplane went down due to ground fire the other turned to flee but the huey pilot realized his aircraft was actually faster so he flew up on the biplane… and one of the crew, shooting a rifle from the door, took it out. This might all be a bunch of crap but I recall reading it somewhere.

An Apache shot down an Iraqi fixed-wing aircraft during Gulf War I.
