Has anyone ever heard of a Torras Intemporal Leather/Rayon Coat?

My father recently sent me a wonderful feeling leather coat, lined with rayon, with snaps and then metal clips along the front.

It is used, but barely, as it is missing the button to secure the interior pocket, but it feels like a better jacket/coat than I have ever had before.

Here’s a picof me today, having just donned it.

The only references I can find to a Torras company are in spain, and my computer won’t load any images.

Intemporal pops nothing up.

I loooove the jacket, and have already expressed such. I just want to know more about it. Am I finally fashionable? Is this vintage?

Can anyone help? My dad says that he bartered for it, so he isn’t sure what it is worth either, but looking at what little I can come up with for what appear to be much lower quality items with the name Torras on them, it looks like it would be over 600 pounds. Don’t know how to make that symbol…

The maker’s name suggests that it is something to do with time travel. The jacket may be from the future, where materials are better and we’re all better looking. Did you dad trade anything…peculiar… for the jacket, such as aluminum foil or seeds?

Beyond that, I got nothin’. Nice jacket though, looks good on you.

I know, I like the temporal bit. No instructions, though. Bet it won’t work as a Tardis without that button.

He did say he searched it for drugs so that there wouldn’t be any problem with interstate transport.

Not sure why he would say that- he is about the straightest arrow I know, my pop, he is, but again, no clue from whence it came.

Thanks, though. Hopefully someone else might have a clue.

“Intemporal,” in case anybody doesn’t get the joke, is related to the Spanish “tiempo” and the Latin “tempestas” – weather (especially tempests). Can’t help you with the jacket, though – got a pic of the clothing label?
