I haven’t tried it, but it looks awesome. I’m also interested in this product now!
It is pretty cool. My wife and I used it at a trade show and it really stretches out IT band problems.
I think it requires a lot of discipline to use continuously. And I’m not convinced it’s worth more than a rolling pin.
So, it’s basically some form of mysofascial release?
This stuff has a good amount of at least anecdotal support and I’ve had good success using it to get rid of plantar fasciitis. It’s not going to be any different than using a tennis ball or wooden roller to accomplish the same thing, though.
