Have they held the trial for Ken Ley yet?

Tried? He hasn’t been charged with anything, as of a couple weeks ago. As the Enron trials began at the end of May:

That may change. Investigations are “ongoing”, and the recent trader tapes don’t seem to be doing him any good.
