I can’t find the damn site. However, after the election I read an article (NYT, I believe) that said Dubya has been abroad 3 times in his life, and never to Europe. Jeb being married to a Mexican American, I would venture to say that at least one of these trips was to Mexico, but cannot be certain of anything.
