It’s been over a year and I would think some sort of decision would have been reached.
If I was the judge I would have thrown the case right out, after sentencing both nimrods to 30 days for wasting the people’s valuable time.
But that’s just me.
Apparently, the two guys are taking it to mediation by a retired judge. The fate of Bonds’ 600th home run ball is also still undecided, with the ball being held by the court, I believe.
