Just trying to trace the path of how new Doper terms come into general use . . . has the use of “doog” for “good” become Board-wide yet? It’s in vogue in a very long Cafe Society thread on movies.
Never heard the term outside a nickname for Doogie Howser.
There’s a very long thread in C.Society where a poster transposed “good” to “doog” to describe a movie and the following entries begin using the term.
I’ve been on the boards about a year and have taken to using “Og” and “cow-orker” and “penis ensues.” I’m curious to see if “doog” will also become inducted into the vernacular as the Board description for things of goodness 
We have to be more precise: a doog movie is actually bad (a “dog”), but it has some good things going for it, specially: being fun to watch.
Beware of doog.
I’d never heard of “doog” before just now, and I post in CS all the time. Although if I never see “cow-orker” again, it’ll be too soon.
Ah, you’re right GIGO. I forgot the ironic implications of the word. Do you think it is worthy of becoming part of the general Board vocabulary?
On cow-orker: I love it because it is such a succinct desription of many of my bovine-like fellow employees
So, “I went on a doog blind date” would equal awful date, but a date that was fun in its very awfulness?
