While a worthwhile social instruction, I believe the secret forces of social arbitration may wish to update their social clock, as the date needs to be changed until “the day after Thanksgiving”.
Please contact your local secret society of bearers of common social wisdom and petition for the change!
@Princhester is in Australia. Perhaps they are more restrained in the playing of Christmas music there. One can hope so for everyone’s sanity
In my part of the USA I heard it as early as mid-October. Not everywhere all the time, but a bunch. So ~9 weeks before Xmas day. Uggh!
