Whereas the Sender does make this communication during the specified season in which annual communications of a like or similar nature are considered a cultural
norm, which is more familiarly known as
the “holiday season”, and which encompasses, but is not limited to the celebration of the Winter solstice, Christmas, the New Year, Hanukkah, Kwanza, Pine Tree Day, Dewali, and Boxing Day, and
Whereas the Sender has made use of the lines of communication, defined herein to include, but is not limited to “e-mail”, “regular mail” and “facsimile transmission”, and
Whereas the Recipient is asserted to include, but is not limited to, the
natural person to whose e-mail account,
postal address &/or facsimile machine this message is directed, and, by incorporation, that natural person’s partners, associates, office staff, immediate family and/or household, as defined by the U.S. Bureau of the Census, C.F.R. Section 0.42-N8-1, as well as all those separate persons or entities who are incorporated within the Recipient’s ego structure, if any such may exist, and
Whereas the Sender is asserted to include, but is not limited to, the natural person from whose e-mail account, postal address &/or facsimile machine this message has originated, and, by incorporation, that natural person’s partners, associates, office staff, immediate family and/or household, as defined by the U.S. Bureau of the Census, C.F.R. Section 0.42-N8-1, and includes both human and non-human members, whether mammalian or reptilian, and
Now therefore, the Sender does tender the following such message for the elucidation of the Recipient:
