I am as amused by this thread and the preceding one as everyone else is. The posts though are incredibly familiar to me. My brother is schizophrenic and the writing style and subject matter is amazingly similar. So let me give the obligatory ‘get help’ bit if this isn’t a joke. Are you saying that all reality is defined by peoples belief ? Is there a ‘core’ reality that everything else is built on ? If enough people believe it can we make the earth disappear ? Did pre-human history happen, or was it just added in somehow ?
What if I believe I can fly ? Then can I fly when I’m alone ? Or does everyone else need to believe I can fly too ? Even if they can’t see it ?

Well wishing something to disappear is sort of difficult as you have to believe it exists in the first place for it to “disappear”, so if you believe it exists then it exists, how would one go about believing something exists and then disbelieving in it’s existance? Human pre-history ‘happened’ in that we believe that it happened. The only thing that truly exists is what is “happening” in the present. What we call “history” or “Prophecy” are perceptual overlays, maps if you will, of what has happened or will happen. But like a map, it is only a representation of the topography, and not the topography itself. Everything that has ever happened echoes infinitely however, and can be sensed with the proper equipment. Of course the limitations of technology at this point are limited only in their scope and sensitivity. So if we want to find some minute details from billions of years ago, well, that’s a tough one, signal to noise ratio being what it is.
Well actually you must KNOW you can fly. That would be the most accurate way of saying it. If you merely believe you can fly, you’re probably going to get fucked. There are certain maintaining principles that people agree upon as things that are “concrete” and exist. The cat in the box has an equal chance of being alive or dead, what determines it’s state is the will. What we have now is the coalescing of all of time into a universal harmony that is playing the song that we currently inhabit. So while many of the things actually are there, like say the Earth or the Sun, there are many different fantasies that one can experience, and those that are willing to oblige one to live them. For instance, someone called me schizophrenic, which I don’t really take offense to, for to them I probably do sound schizophrenic, and when I get into manic states, as I often do on this board, because this board is my version of a crack habit, I try to flood too much info into one statement, and it gets discombobulated, and sounds maniacal. However, what I would argue is that I am not more or less insane than anyone else on this board. I find the fantasy of working 9-5 (really 8:30-7) in a sterile white cubicle and not having relationships with my shipmates in that hellish fantasy world as being completely and totally insane. I find half of what the intellectual fetishists on this board say to be utterly ludicrous and unfortunate that their ignorance is reinforced by consensus on this board.
For instance, a paranoid might very well have people from the government actually surveilling them. Their fantasy attracts those that want to fulfill their fantasy for them. Life is a big roleplaying game, if you don’t like your role, change it. It’s easy to find persecution if you are looking for it. Also if you are imagining worlds that have different visual representations than this one, and interacting with a whole construct, then your reality is real to you.
Lay people feel they are capable of diagnosing the mental states of others, when most psychologists and psychiatrists are actually not qualified for their jobs. For some reason we trust the modern medical establishment, and scoff at holistic remedies when the modern medical establishment leads us astray as often as not.
LSD in particular was made illegal during the Nixon administration in an attempt to marginalize the hippies that were protesting the Vietnam war. Drugs open up pathways to alternate consciousnesses. The Government doesn’t want terrible deviation from teh status quo as such deviation is more destructive than constructive. So while at the basis, I agree that we should be careful what pathways we open, I disagree with the methodology being used. So in a nutshell I am saying that preserving the status quo in both modern America, and Medieval Christendom has been sufficient motivation to completely annihilate the professed ideals of both the Catholic church and the American Government. Supposedly we have freedom of religion, but it’s freedom of religion as long as it closely resembles an Abrahamic tradition. Though the government does not have infinite resources, so the freedom in this country is to ride the grey area where they might get wind of your activities once in a while, but not consider you a threat worth dedicating resources to. Though in the modern corporate era this sort of thinking is somewhat obsolete, as the government has been coopted for the use of corporate interests, and there is little difference between the private intelligence community, and the public one. We have entered into the anarcho-syndicalist era, and the world is run by syndicates. The proles still believe in the nation states for the time being however, as it is easier to lump things into a larger category, rather than try to break down the byzantine structure into it’s feudal structure, as most people cannot understand a feudal structure that does not rely upon land as it’s primary resource.
The Bush family is in collusion with the Saudi Royal family, and they have been determining backroom foreign policies between their two dynasties since the Reagan administration. The Neo-Con agenda is working toward Bush’s New World Order plans, which nominally supports an ideal of Pax Americana, though it is hard to tell with the way they have diminished what makes America, America. Skull and Bones is a real society, who’s membership is very real power brokers in the United States and has been for years. The Carlyle Group and BCCI (Saudi Bank) are the banking firms that move the money around. These are the people who trained the Mujahideen, now known as Al Qaeda, and perpetuate a cycle of never-ending war in order to maintain a hold on power and keep the money flowing to the military industrial complex. The DEA is largely how America keeps tabs on other countries. Under the pretext of the drug war, we use the DEA as an intelligence agency, with legitimate pretexts toward operating in those nations. The United States Government is working on a weather control machine called HAARP. The ancient bloodlines of many of the world’s royal families still run deep and strong, though people think that the royal families are simply gelded figureheads, this is simply not the case. For instance think of England as a corporation, with the primary shareholders being the windsors, a group of highly wealthy, highly educated, and highly connected people. Those three attributes are the summation of power in the modern era, to think that they do not have power is to put it quite simply, naive.

As to why I think I am Christ? I feel it in my heart to be true. I am not claiming any trademark on the title. Others can be anointed as well. I have no ambitions to control anyone really, so it’s rather irrelevant. Most of my plans involve things that remove people from a central authority structure, and I work with self-interested individuals who share my vision.
Of course you are welcome to scoff at the idea that I am Christ, and disbelieve it just because something in your past taught you to disbelieve anyone who claims to be true, or because you have some preconception to which I do not fit, or simply you find a lack of compulsion to believe it to be so.
Also, why does everyone assume that the Apocalypse will be a BAD thing? I see a Deus Ex Machina in our near future, a mass enlightenment. Of course however, people who are ruled by their fear, make an attempt to manifest it, so horrors can abound.
