All I can think of is the couch gag that had the Foot squashing the family. Other than that, I don’t believe they have. Or have they?
There aren’t many others. SNPP.com says there was a reference to the Knights Who Say “Ni!” in “Homer Goes to College.” His roommates are the three nerds, and I think they say they know the words to every MP sketch. There’s also apparently a reference to Angus Podgorny (the plucky Scottish tailor who wins Wimbledon, defeating the blancmanges from the planet Skyron in the galaxy of Andromeda) in “Marge Be Not Proud.”
there is the foot couch gag the one where the nerds talk about the knights who say ni both in ‘homer goes to college’ and also in one episode Monty Burns is a python, I’m not sure if that was meant to be a reference or just a coincidence.

Monty Burns is a python in the Harry Potter episode, so that’s a Voldemort (Montymort) reference, not a Monty Python reference, most likely.
In the episode “Principal Charming,” the name on Hans Moleman’s driver’s license is very nearly a Python character’s.
Eric Idle was in a couple of episodes playing a British documentary filmmaker called Desmond Declean. I don’t know if he was supposed to be a parody of a real Brit TV personality, but the show he was parodying was 7-Up, that series that followed people their whole lives in seven year intervals. Were pretty good episodes, especially for the later seasons…
The couch gag in one episode featured the Monty Python foot squashing them all.
Desmond Declean’s oeuvre was more along the lines of Upskirt Dreams, IIRC…
As mentioned in the first sentence of the OP.
Why hasn’t anyone mentioned the foot crushing them on the couch yet? That couch gag where the monty python foot came down and crushed them. Anyone? No? Guess I’m the only one who saw this.
I think it referenced Rio, by Duran Duran.
One episode with “The Nerds” had them mention the knights who say Ni. Then Homer chuckles and says “Ni”. I don’t recall which episode that was and it is the only reference besides the foot couch gag I recall.
I haven’t listened to the commentary in a few years, so I might be off, but I think they did bring up the whole Monty (is a) Python thing.
Personally, I think Family Guy had the best reference. Meg has been tied up and forced to watch the lamer Python sketches:
Meg: I’m a girl! I don’t even like good Monty Python!
This is perhaps the greatest reference to Monty Python that any other television series has made. Because it references all of Monty Python, which admittedly, is full of steaming turds that aren’t funny. And I LOVE Monty Python.
Not quite the greatest - that hono(u)r belongs to The Chaser’s War on Everything.
what is the season and episode number or title?
“The Former Life of Brian” The Former Life of Brian - Wikipedia which is, of course, another Python reference.
There was a Simpsons where they referenced Find the Fish. Or maybe that was Family Guy. Probably Family Guy.
