When searching for a car through their website, it eventually goes through:
Basically, he’s going to bypass the dealer and order it for me and I can pay cash or go through my credit union and it will be a great price, blah, blah, blah.
I gave him my phone number and the car I want, and he’s going to call me back Tuesday.
TANSTAAFL, right?
I know how to use Edmunds.com and I’m fully capable of going to a dealer and negotiating a fair price. I’ve also got an incredible nose for a scam, and yet I’m also capable of checking things out and saying, “NO.”
So…have you heard of this company/program? Or have you dealt with them?
