I’m in Maryland. Had one. Don’t particularly remember it, but I don’t recall disliking it. Candy bars are like Taco Bell: there’s only so many ways to rearrange the same 5 ingredients, and they all basically taste the same.

I’ve eaten them on occasion, but it’s that nuts with chocolate thing, so it’s not what I reach for when I want candy. It’s very sweet.
I’d rather have a KitKat.
Reminds me of a Payday (my favorite) except sweeter and covered with chocolate.
Many years ago, this became a verb amongst a circle of my friends. Someone was jokingly angry at someone who’d caused them to drop their candy bar in their lap, and he said, “Hey, you made me nutrage all over my pants!” The new meaning that immediately popped into everyone’s heads tended to reduce the popularity of the bar itself. I never found it very good anyway.
If anyone’s ever had a Whatchamacallit, Nutrageous is pretty similar to that.
