Dude that book is $100. What a load of crap!
out
Horse poop.
Not intentionally, just didn’t wash my hands after skipping out a stable, before I ate my lunch. Which was a sandwich.
I know I’m not the only pony owner who has done this…
“you betcha!”

Insofar as that I have eaten a number of different species of animals whole (mostly invertebrates), I must have eaten poop. I must have eaten it as a contaminant in other contexts, but never purposely.
Life is sometimes a shit sandwich, n’est-ce pas?
Yes, I’ve eaten at Arby’s before.
barf. If there was anything I could unsee, it would be that.
…the worst food poisoning I ever had came after eating at an Arby’s. 's what I immediately thought of when I saw this thread.
I doubt you meant it literally, but considering what may have caused the illness…
Good point. I had typhoid fever once, and we all know how that’s spread.
I have eaten barbecued chicken intestines once or twice and some of them have been a bit… er gritty?
I eat shrimp poo all the time. I really don’t care to take out the intestines on their back. I don’t consider that gross, so I leave it in
I’m impressed. A few people posted in that thread from two years ago with almost exactly the same stories or quips.
Shouldn’t this thread be moved to Cafe Society?
I was hoping no one would notice!
No, no and HELL NO!!!
Well, if you have eaten processed food, you have ingested some poop. As for candy bars, the FDA allows a miniscule amount of rodent droppings in each and every one.
But we are much better off than the Edwardians-if you lived in a city like NYC or London, the horses dropped enormous amounts of manure on the streets-this stuff got dried out, pulverized by the wagon wheels, and the wind blew it everywhere-that blueberry pie placed upon the window to cool, collected its share of dried manure. Going further back (early 1800’s) pigs roamed Manhattan (they ate the garbage that was thrown out on the streets).
We’ve come a long way!
Well…I was 2 weeks overdue, and ingested “poop” in the womb. Don’t remember, but was told by my mother. I guess I was too cozy to come out.
I haven’t, but my younger brother has…
