I’ve seen Erland van Lidthe de Jeude almost naked:

He was the Big Bald Geek in Stir Crazy, The Wanderers, and The Running Man (where he finally got to sing in his own voice – they dubbed him in Stir Crazy because of some Union rule.)

We were in two productions by the Musical Theater Guild in college, so I’ve seen him stripped to his undies. He had no hair on his body, except for his head (and possibly under his briefs). He really didn’t like to play Big Bald Geeks, but that’s basically all they’d give him. He turned down a part in the Bo Derek Tarzan because they wanted him to play… a Big Bald Geek.
Never saw him drunk. I don’t think I’d want to. Erland stood really tall and wide, and he had a brown belt in judo, besides…

I’ve seen most of the ex-members of the **Squirrel Nut Zippers ** and **Ben Folds Five ** drunk, stonesd and maybe shirtless. And doing mundane things like cooking dinner and cleaning the litter box.

I helped John Mark Painter buy socks in Cincy once.
