Have you had any relief with Neuropathy related to fat loss in the ball of your feet?

Have you had any relief with Neuropathy related to fat loss in the ball of your feet? My problem is progressing. I have seen 3 different Podiatrist with all 3 having different recommendations. I fell I influenced one by telling what helped my friend. I feel I contribute to my condition from walking 5 days 1.5 mi reduced from 2 mi a week before I start my work for the day. My day easily add as much time on my feet. Usually not over 3hrs total on my feet in blocks vs constantly but the burning soles feel like I have been on my feet 12 + hrs a day.

Recommended treatments have included Body Powder to reduce friction, Orthotics to reduce pressure on the ball and Kerasal Neuro Cream to relieve the pains.

If alternative medicine was proven to work it would be called medicine. You didn’t mention that you have followed any of your Podiatrists’ recommendations, have you given them a shot?

I have tried all of the recommendations and felt I benefited from all initially. I am talking about approx 10 yrs of trying to get some relief. Initially I started with heavy duty New Balance Walking Shoes for good support and Body Powder to reduce friction.

I tried custom Orthotics even though I had custom insoles with N/B shoes.

I am trying the Kerasal Neuro Cream for the 3rd to 4th mo with N/B shoes and Orthotics with very little help that I can tell. Except walking bare footed if totally too painful.

Addition: I’m 68, have always worked while standing on concrete 40 yrs, jogged 5 days 2mi 20 yrs w/o any problems until an accident ended jogging, I started walking 2-4 mi 5 days and continued into retirement with less time on my feet since 03 and 5’-11” always under 200 lbs.
