I just feel like bragging. A recent thread about meeting your neighbors over in IMHO made me realize that there are many registered names that aren’t being used. I then realized that I was one of the guilty ones. (shame) Did I wallow in self pity? No, by Og, I took action! The quote below is the reply to my email to TubaDiva. I have included my original message for clarification. Names have been changed to protect the stupid.

(me talking)First off, thanks for all the work you folks do on the SDMB. Back when I was young and stupid (about 5 months ago) I registered the name “whatever it was” and posted once. Then, not knowing the rules, I opened my current acount “lightingtool.” Please feel free to remove the old account “blah blah,” and I’m sorry for any trouble this might cause.
