Stick to the threads in the forums as they appear people. It’s confusing enough without referencing back and forth. What’s in another forum should be discussed in that forum. If you want to discuss it start another thread in The Pit about that thread and call the person out for a specific reason. I can understand the frustration that’s going on, but remember, fresh meat. I think you’re reading too much into the motivation here. I am one of the pasty people who expressed envy of darker skin. I think it’s more of a “grass is greener” kind of thing.
I envy thinner people? I diet and work out.
I wish for a plumper rump? I eat a bit more.
I envy blond hair? Off to the hairdresser I go.
Straighter teeth? Bigger boobs? Both are for sale.
Darker skin? I wither away in envy. If I’m honest, I’ll at least admit it.
nothing wrong with admiring. as matter of fact, i am very pleased with the responses i’ve been getting about it. i just wish i had this when i was a kid
I was thinking the same thing. After I posted about admiring a lovely black body in the gym, it occurred to me that I try to sneak glances at lots of people. Someone who’s enviably thinner than me, someone with amazingly sculpted back muscles, a chubby woman who’s happy with herself and walking around content in her skin completely naked (I love that!), a woman with particularly gorgeous breasts or an interesting tattoo.
I wasn’t suggesting that I’m inordinately attracted to naked black women because I thought it would get me points with anyone. It’s just one of the dozens of things I find interesting to stare at. And as seawitch so eloquently put it, it’s one of the few things (along with being 5’10") that I can never attain.
If someone calls you a bitch, and then you call her a bitch back, and then sixty seconds later you say there is no need to call anyone names, then I think that’s rather hypocritical.

Sure you can look Gawth if you’re black. You need to dye your hair white as a first step (like “Storm”), and you can end up looking like a Drow Elf. Get lots of blood-red jewelry (garnets, rubies, etc), with silver to set itself off from the lovely mocha skin tones. It looks really cool!
